I’ve never trusted FSBO’s. They didn’t appear reliable enough. Anyone
is able to post anything there. How could I trust my home ($600k
worth) to those amateurs? I believe their only function that works
well enough is money transfer.
Fizber has changed my mind, really. I’ve got what FSBO is and what FSBO should be while surfing their site. You know, all those modern things are the clue. You have no need to make all those weary visits to know the house well. Just use the webcam. You can see it in a satellite view in Google Maps embedded. You can evaluate your neighborhood. You can contact every appraiser, realtor or mortgage agent just from your laptop.
FSBO looks comfortable with Fizber.
